n re: to 13 Ugly Men-forming the basic structure when we were a bunch of guys just having fun-forming 501(c)3 with Ric, creating the logo after watching the movie-the Thirteenth Warrior, setting up the foundation and creating a board and hiring our first ED,and help create funds for the future.
